What differentiates this product or service from the competition?

Answer:

Excellent Deeplinking and good integration capabilities. Wide breadth of connectivities make it easy to connect to nearly any PSM. This is a great benefit for us since it means we only have to implement on interface and do not have to develop to each PMS.

Answer:

There is one simple way to evaluate a channel manager. Simply check that they support the channels and the PMS integration you need. Note: that some partners (especially tour operators) do not integrate and will simply send an email.

-we could make quick changes -super friendly with people who have not knows about this platform - efficient support by internet

What do you dislike or think could be improved?

With direct booking, it takes a lot of time change dates, or stop processing request and we need to refresh, generate links for special offers with promo codes.

no over- booking any more. easy change of rates on several channels at a time. easy communication with the online team.

What do you dislike or think could be improved?

better information about useful new channels to connect with for a given hotel, since it is easy to get lost within the long list of available channels.

Easy to understand and operate, nice and well manner Support team, flexible option for rate change to every channel., Payemt processing reduced admin hoursa.

What do you dislike or think could be improved?

I can't find anything yet, Everything is working perfectly as per our business requirement. Somehow SiteMinder can not connect with Vrbo. We lost 1 chennel.

Really recommended to friend and collogue, easy to manage and system are accurate. Booking engine was easy to manage. Save time because this channel manager can open or close room allotment at one time. A...

Quick Tour are provided for training sometimes not complete. My advise is, if Site minder can provide us some video how to manage that system start from beginning until finish.
