Managing a hotel in periods of full occupancy from a different continent and using more than 1 OTA is now possible and actually easy.. Reservations are coming in by them self and Cloudbeds deliver the information require at the front desk without me having to verify a thing.

A platform that is completely integrated, from my PMS I can make all changes that I need and this will be reflected on my Booking Engine and my Online Distribution OTAs. An easy click updates my system so I don't waste time. Super recommended for small hotels that want to have a good solution online.

The calendar is very easy to use and is color coordinated, which makes it easy for our front desk to use. It is also a very intuitive system that is easy to learn ,use, and train new front desk agents on.
