Answer:

Unlike other apps available to accommodation providers, the Duve application covers multiple parts of the guest journey in a single application. When resources are short in hotels, enabling their teams to understand one platform rather than multiple helps to cement the adoption of new technology.

This application has allowed us to sell many more extras (early Check-in, petal, ...) before the customer arrives. We can also manage customer returns much better.

What do you dislike or think could be improved?

An improvement could be made vis-à-vis the confirmations sent to the customer (more element summarizing the reservations). Have a simpler system so as not to send the pre-check-in to the regular customer...

Duve is very comfort and easy to use application. this APP give me the tools to connect my guests online for any request they have. also the check -in process couldnt be more simple and fast.
