There is not too much to like. The product simply doesn't work, it is full of bugs and glitches. I wish at least a few functions could work flawlessly, but unfortunately nothing works as expected. It makes you lose a lots of reservations, therfor you lose a lot's of money, too. What is even worth is their "Customer Support". Incompetent, an...

The channel's distribution is very thorough and streamlined, details are included in each reservation sent to the property. The channel reporting feature is very helpful for forecasting month end evaluation.

The channel's distribution is very thorough and streamlined, details are included in each reservation sent to the property. The channel reporting feature is very helpful for forecasting month end evaluation.

Their connectivity and ease of use but that's pretty much a standard these days so not really that Siteminder stands out
